This exquisite right hand ring, features oval cut white diamonds of F color, VS2 clarity, of excellent cut and brilliance, weighing 4.79cts total, surrounding a stunning cushion shaped, very fine ceylon sapphire, of excellent hue and even color distribution, weighing 12.17cts total. Classic 18k white gold makes the perfect backdrop to this dazzling ring. This ring is a size 6.5. This ring is sizable to most finger sizes. Some sizes may have to be special ordered and will take approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.

It came in a small blue pouch placed in a black box. When I opened it up, I noticed right away the brilliance of the silver chain and how sturdy it looked. The chain is a little long and falls right above the V of my V-neck blouses, but it looks great so it's not a problem. The pendant is smaller than what it looks like in the picture but the stone is gorgeous nad clear. I got many compliments on it. It was also mailed quickly, which was a plus.

After reading the reviews from "customers" I pulled the trigger. First reaction after opening the box, this thing looks small! It's in a cheap box and the chain looks rather cheap also. I don't think I would recommend this to any friends.
